<div class="et_pb_text_inner">Sonoma County&#8217;s favorite local supermarket  is about to release  its second volume of compilation music. Tom Scott,  General Manager at <a href="http://oliversmarket.com">Oliver&#8217;s Market</a> came up with the idea when he was in one of their markets. Oliver&#8217;s specializes in Sonoma County products which inspired the  thought, &#8220;If we can do  local products, why not local music?&#8221; Inspired, he recruited Blair Hardman, owner of Zone Recording Studio in Sonoma County, and Frank Hayhurst, local community music advocate, to compile Real Music Volume II . <a title="Original Press Release" href="http://www.pressdemocrat.com/apps/pbcs.dll/search?category=search&amp;crit=blair%20hardman" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Press Democrat wrote a story</a> this new album which showcases a diverse array of original local talent.<img fetchpriority="high" decoding="async" class="alignright size-medium wp-image-1390" style="border: 0px; margin: 20px;" title="Sonoma County's Favorite Recording Studio" src="https://zonerecording.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/Recording.studio.california1-231x300.jpg" alt="Oliver's Market records album with Sonoma County Recording Studio" width="231" height="300" srcset="https://zonerecording.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/Recording.studio.california1-231x300.jpg 231w, https://zonerecording.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/Recording.studio.california1.jpg 500w" sizes="(max-width: 231px) 100vw, 231px" /></p>
<p>Hardman has<strong> </strong>digitally mastered every song on the CD, many of which are recorded in home or local studios. He also commands notoriety as the voice on the broadcasting system.</p>
<p>The eclectic CD set includes  salsa, mariachi, jazz, blues and country. It sells for $10  in all of the Oliver&#8217;s markets while all profits are donated to the Redwood Empire Food Bank. The CDs are also available on<a href="http://www.apple.com/itunes/"> iTunes</a>, and at <a href="http://www.thelastrecordstore.com/"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Last Record Store</span></a> in Santa Rosa.</p>
<p>A Real Music Volume II  release party will take place at 7 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 7, at the Sebastopol Community Center. The event will feature bands from Real Music Volume I and II. The event cost is $10 and a can of food for the food bank.</p>
